With high density bristles, the toothpaste on it cannot slide easily. And it increases contact surface between bristles and teeth.

Medium Bristles
It uses 0.18mm diameter bristles and mechanical tapered grinding method, so the top tip is with more surface which can increase the friction between our teeth and bristles.

With total 37 holes in the head, it will keep the moderate than common toothbrush with less holes.
